There is a lot of information on whether these work or not. Suggestions have been made that you should not put these up your Yoni but yet we all put up our Yoni’s Tampons! Interesting.

Yoni eggs have been used for 100’s of years so it can’t be that bad and I am pretty sure there were no Tampons back in the 1920’s.

Using the Yoni Egg for 5 minutes a day a couple of times a week can help strengthen your pelvic floor muscles.

It is also suggested that it will increase your libido which can only be determined by each individual.

You should always clean your eggs in warm soapy water and store in a sterile container to ensure that you do not contaminate them with bacteria.

Cleaning them before and after use is recommended.

you have a fever, internal infection whether it is cervical, Ovarian or Uterine.
